Have you ever woken up and believed that you had no plans or pressing items on your to do list so you decide to make a lazy morning of it and leisurely check your email and catch up on the news and make a few phone calls just to say “Hi, how are ya?” and then realized that WAIT! YOU HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO MAKE TO TAKE FOR LUNCH ! ? !
That’s what happened to me this morning.
PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE SPREAD

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine all ingredients together and mix well in a bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Easy peasy!
